Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things change. At Aurelia Living, we do our best to accommodate order cancellations quickly and efficiently, as long as we’re notified in time.
Need to Cancel Your Order?
If you’ve had a change of heart, you can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To do so, please email us at info@aurelialiving.ca with the subject line “Order Cancellation”, and include your full name and order number.
Refund Eligibility
Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be processed in full, and a complete refund will be issued to your original payment method—no questions asked.
After 24 Hours
If more than 24 hours have passed, your order may already be in the fulfillment process. At that point, cancellation is no longer guaranteed, as the order may be packed or shipped. We’ll do our best to assist, but cannot make any changes once dispatch has begun.

If you entered the wrong address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update delivery information only before the order has been shipped.
