SECTION 5 – SHIPPING

Aurelia Living currently ships exclusively to customers in Canada.

Our products are shipped from international warehouses based on product availability and the delivery location. As a result, delivery times may vary depending on current logistical conditions.

The standard order processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 12 business days.

Shipping is free on all orders, regardless of order value.

SECTION 6 – UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is sent to a pickup location and is not retrieved within the carrier’s stated time frame, it may be considered a refused delivery. In such cases, return shipping fees may apply.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After dispatch, products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
