Where do we ship?
Aurelia Living currently ships exclusively to customers in Canada.
Please note: Our products are shipped directly from international warehouses, depending on availability and destination. As a result, delivery times may differ from standard domestic shipping.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and payment details.

Orders placed on business days before 12:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern-Standardtime (Toronto) are usually processed the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Send your cancellation request along with your order number to info@aurelialiving.ca.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please wait for delivery and use our return process.
